Recently we integrated musculoskeletal ultrasound into our practice to image soft tissues and bony structures to diagnose pathology and/or guide injections. Its great advantage over MRI or other techniques is that it can observe bodily parts moving. Therefore we can observe impingement, entrapments and other forms of dysfunction. Electro diagnosis with EMG is supplemented by our functional techniques and evoked potentials. For relieving pain we provide cold laser, TENS, ultrasound, Unna boot, therapeutic yoga and many other options, including Feldenkrais, Pilates, acupuncture and other responsible techniques such as Butler, Paris, Maitland, McKenzie and Mulligan.
